Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

? Research and identify potential clients in target industries aligned with our design and tech offerings

? Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, events)

? Understand client pain points and craft tailored pitches that align with their business goals

? Collaborate with the design, development, and marketing teams to create client-specific proposals and presentations

? Schedule and conduct discovery calls, demos, and initial client discussions

? Maintain and update CRM records, lead funnels, and pipeline metrics regularly

? Stay informed on trends in SaaS, IT services, UI/UX design, and digital transformation

? Support the sales team with presales activities, documentation, and follow-ups

What We're Looking For:

? 1.5+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, presales, or in a sales role within the IT/design domain

? Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and outbound outreach

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a consultative sales approach

? Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce

? Proven ability to build relationships and engage with senior stakeholders and decision makers

? A natural problem-solver with analytical thinking and storytelling ability

? Team player with high ownership, discipline, and adaptability

? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred
