Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and developing business strategies. Daily tasks include researching market trends, establishing client relationships, communicating with potential clients, and maintaining account management records to ensure client satisfaction.

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on IT services and software
• Experience in Business Strategies and Market Analysis
• Strong Communication skills and Account Management experience
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong technical acumen and understanding of IT solutions
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in the design or digital marketing industry is a plus
