Sales Development Representative- At Indian Market

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive end-to-end sales for our IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, conducting demos, negotiating contracts, and successfully closing deals every month.

Location: Remote
Experience: 4–Years
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Industry: Information Technology (IT Services / SaaS / Software Solutions)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and lead qualification to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Deliver product presentations and demos to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and client information in the CRM system.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in IT sales, preferably in SaaS, DaaS, cloud solutions, app or web development services.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end B2B sales processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office.
