Sales Development Manager

A sales development manager (SDM) is a professional who leads a team of sales development representatives (SDRs) to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth. They are responsible for developing strategies, setting performance metrics, coaching their team, and collaborating with other departments like marketing to ensure sales goals are met. The role focuses on pipeline development, team performance, and aligning sales activities with overall business objectives. Key responsibilities

• Team management and coaching: Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of SDRs to improve their performance and achieve individual and team quotas.
• Strategy development: Creating and implementing lead generation strategies, including campaign optimization and A/B testing.
• Performance tracking: Setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead quotas, conversion rates, and response times.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with marketing to align messaging and ensure a consistent brand voice, and with sales and product teams to provide customer feedback.
• Pipeline management: Ensuring the sales pipeline is consistently filled with high-quality leads that convert into revenue.

Daily and weekly activities

• Conducting one-on-one coaching sessions with team members.
• Reviewing team performance and goals in weekly meetings.
• Strategizing with marketing to align campaigns.
• Monitoring performance and providing feedback through check-ins.
• Holding wrap-up and feedback sessions at the end of the week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
