Sales Development Manager

Role Overview: As a valued member of our exceptional sales team, your primary responsibility will be selling to our top accounts and collaborating with high-value clients across the region. You will be entrusted with managing the entire sales cycle, including engagements with C-level executives. Your role will involve championing the Loop vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of the sales cycle from start to finish, engaging with C-suite executives at medium and large companies - Effectively present Loops offering to executives at prominent companies in India - Accurately forecast and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet quarterly targets - Utilize your expertise in need identification and research to formulate a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy - Segment and prioritize qualified target accounts to enhance sales efforts - Serve as the customer advocate by clearly conveying feedback to internal teams like Marketing, Account Management, and Product - Master Loop's value proposition and cultivate a profound understanding of the insurance industry - While receiving support from our team of sales development representatives, you will be responsible for independently managing the entire sales cycle as an individual contributor Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a quota-carrying sales representative in the B2B sector, preferably in SaaS or software - Established network within the market and adept at forging new relationships - Ability to think innovatively beyond traditional sales approaches - Genuine customer empathy coupled with strong time management abilities - Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or other pertinent regional languages - Enthusiasm for traveling, networking, and nurturing enduring connections - Demonstrated agility and adaptability, given our dynamic and rapidly evolving environment,
