Job Summary

Sales Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and onboard new Institutional and HoReCa customers (hotels, restaurants, cafs, caterers, corporate canteens, cloud kitchens, etc.).
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as purchase managers, chefs, and owners.
  
• Drive secondary sales through distributors and ensure effective execution of sales plans.
  
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional schemes within company guidelines.
  
• Ensure product visibility, availability, and placement across assigned accounts.
  
• Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for promotions, sampling, and timely deliveries.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback; share insights with the team.
  
• Achieve assigned sales targets (volume, value, and distribution).
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer data, and forecasts.
  
• Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies.

Eligibility & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred)
  
• 1–4 years of experience in FMCG Institutional or HoReCa sales
  
• Experience handling distributors and key accounts is an advantage
  
• Knowledge of the Hyderabad HoReCa market preferred
