As Head - Client Solutions at Space Matrix, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic client acquisition, retention, and relationship management. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategy Formulation**: - Developing tailored solutions aligned with client needs and organizational objectives. - Designing and executing strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. - Leading cross-functional teams to align client solutions with design, delivery, and operational goals. - Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to refine strategies and improve outcomes. - **Client Relationship Management**: - Collaborating with client solutions teams and business leaders across the APAC region to ensure a seamless client experience. - Managing client expectations and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. - Leveraging regional relationships to identify cross-selling opportunities. - **Business Operations**: - Presenting and demonstrating the company's value proposition to clients. - Meeting financial objectives and achieving sales targets. - Working closely with studio design heads to enhance brand positioning and secure business. - Staying informed about industry trends and market developments to identify growth opportunities. In this role, you will be expected to: - Uphold and promote Space Matrix's collaborative and open communication culture. - Build a team that collaborates seamlessly on sales processes. - Ensure respectful and constructive communication among all teams. **Ideal Profile**: - Degree/experience in Architecture, Interior Design, or Project Management. - Significant experience in corporate interior projects and at least 12 years in B2B business development within the workplace industry. - Distinguished professional with a strong network in the regional workplace industry. - Proven track record of achieving financial targets. - Passionate about driving innovative concepts in workplace design. - Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust internally and externally. - Thrive in ambiguity with high learning agility and problem-solving abilities. - Committed to upholding Space Matrix's core values of Teamwork, Integrity, and Excellence.
