Assistant Manager - CSD Sales

Role Summary:

Kusauto India Private Limited is hiring for an Assistant Manager CSD Sales to lead CSD channel sales, drive primary and secondary targets, and manage key accounts in the automotive sector. The role will focus on achieving sales objectives, ensuring timely dispatches and collections, and building strong customer relationships to support growth and operational excellence.

Role & responsibilities:

Achieve primary and secondary sales targets through strategic planning and execution in assigned CSD regions/accounts.
Manage customer interfaces, order followups, dispatch coordination, and inventory monitoring via SAP to ensure timely deliveries.
Track daily/weekly/monthly sales, stock, and claims; prepare and publish MIS, sales dashboards, and forecast vs. actual reports for management review.
Support the collection of outstanding payments as per company norms and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment.
Maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders to enable smoother business operations and achievement of sales targets

Preferred candidate profile [Qualifications & Experience]:

Bachelors degree in Engineering/Business Administration; masters degree preferred.
08 to 09+ years of experience in CSD/sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP, with strong analytical and communication skills.
