Job Description

Role & responsibilities

A KAM is the single window, a go-to person for the customer
Responsible for the accounts receivable for his/her accounts.
Handle the existing accounts and create new accounts in West and North India.
Develop deep and long relationships with key decision makers within the customer organization (across functions such as sourcing, supply chain, engineering, development, quality, and customer service).
Create and execute business plans to align company strategies with the customer objectives.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the account's value.
Keep the organization updated about the customers' technology and business roadmap.
Early involvement in the customer projects and value selling of the company.
Monitor account performance for the QCD parameters.
Capture customers sales data, inventory, product mix, and technology trends.
Conduct periodic meetings/reviews with the customers at various levels.

Preferred candidate profile

07-10 years of experience in handling Automotive/OH OEMs and Tier I customers like Tata Motors, Cummins, VECV, JCB, Mahle Anand, Tata Toyo Radiator, Subros, etc.
Degree in Technical Education (BE/B.Tech).
Self-motivated and growth-oriented mindset.
Keen interest to learn new products/technologies.
Should have experience in handling the end-to-end RFQ serial supplies.
