Job Description

Key Responsibilities-

- Team Service Management: Supervise 10 15 technicians, schedule jobs, and ensure every service meets the company s SOPs and time on site targets .

- Client Handling: Respond to queries within 24 hours, resolve complaints promptly, and conduct monthly client meetings or audits .

- Operational Efficiency: Analyse manpower utilisation, suggest equipment upgrades, and track resource deployment to cut costs .

- Reporting Compliance: Prepare daily/weekly reports for senior management.

- Training Development: Conduct regular training sessions for field staff, assess technician performance (TPAs), and coach for continuous improvement .

- Inventory Cost Control: Manage stock levels, monitor material consumption, and optimise inventory to stay within budget .

Qualifications Skills

- 2 to 4 years of experience in pest control operations (preferred) .

- Strong knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and pest control techniques .

- Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical abilities .

- Ability to travel, work flexible hours, and thrive in a target driven environment.
