Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and develop

    new customers

    across Pune and Maharashtra for

    Honeywell Instrumentation and HVAC products

  • Generate

    new business opportunities

    through cold calls, site visits, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    OEMs, contractors, system integrators, consultants, and end users

  • Promote and sell

    Process Instruments

    (Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow Transmitters, Controllers) and

    HVAC products

    (Valves, Actuators, Sensors)
  • Conduct

    product presentations, technical discussions, and demos

    with customers
  • Understand customer requirements and

    propose suitable Honeywell solutions

  • Prepare and follow up on

    quotations, techno-commercial discussions, and negotiations

  • Track inquiries, leads, and orders; ensure timely closure of sales
  • Coordinate with internal teams for

    order processing, delivery, and after-sales support

  • Collect

    market intelligence

    , competitor information, and customer feedback
  • Achieve assigned

    sales targets and growth objectives

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education:

  • Diploma / BE / BTech in

    Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering

  • Experience:

  • 15 years of experience in

    industrial sales / B2B sales

  • Experience in

    Instrumentation, Process Control, HVAC, or Building Automation

    preferred
  • Freshers with strong technical knowledge and field-sales interest may also apply
  • Technical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of

    pressure, temperature, flow, level instruments

  • Knowledge of

    HVAC valves, actuators, sensors

    is an advantage
  • Ability to understand P&IDs, BOQs, and technical specifications
  • Key Skills & Traits:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in meeting customers and conducting site visits
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively
  • Good negotiation and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, email communication, and basic CRM usage

Other Requirements:

  • Must be based in or willing to work from

    Pune

  • Willing to travel across

    Maharashtra

  • Two-wheeler / four-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
