Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in New Delhi. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, providing technical support to customers, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include working closely with clients to understand their needs, preparing technical proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting the sales process with technical expertise. The role will require maintaining client relationships and staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

Expertise in Sales Engineering and a solid understanding of technical support practices
Proficiency in Sales and ability to identify and develop customer relationships
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to assist clients effectively
Ability to analyze technical requirements and provide practical solutions
A degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred
Prior experience in the industrial solutions or pump industry is a strong advantage
High motivation, problem-solving skills, and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
