Sales Engineer

Your Role

• 
  

  Build strong rapport with R&D customers to understand current and future needs



• 
  

  Deliver technical presentations and product demos



• 
  

  Support customers through the sales process and problem-solving



• 
  

  Attend exhibitions and trade shows to stay updated



• 
  

  Prepare and analyze sales engineering reports



• 
  

  Familiar with tendering activities



• 
  

  Handle R&D sales in North & East India



• 
  

  Conduct market research, build networks, and expand product knowledge



• 
  

  Daily reporting and weekly planning aligned with sales forecasts



• 
  

  Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations



• 
  

  Achieve annual sales targets



• 
  

  Identify new customers, applications, and competitor activity



• 
  

  Support and develop indirect sales channels and dealer performance

To succeed, you will need

• 
  

  Education level:- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical). MBA in marketing would be preferable but not a pre-requisite.



• 
  

  Relevant Previous experience :- Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D ,Industrial Sales/Business Development/Tendering



• 
  

  Knowledge areas/Skills:- Good knowldge in Excel/Word file, Good communication, Product/Application Knowledge. Build network, Ability to read customer



• 
  

  Other requirements :- Good command English/Hindi/Local language , Willing to travel.
