Manager Supply Chain Planning

As a Manager Supply Chain Planning, You will report to Supply Chain Manager

Main Responsibilities

    • Lead monthly meetings with customer centers, align CC needs, and confirm PC commitments via GLM.
    
    
    • Follow up on monthly ordering flows and communicate forecasts to suppliers through Be2NET.
    
    
    • Analyze major forecast changes, assess supplier capacity/flexibility (short-term & mid-term), and negotiate delivery commitments.
    
    
    • Monitor and benchmark supplier performance, drive improvement plans, and push for world-class standards.
    
    
    • Coordinate with planning, sourcing, 3PL, and manufacturing for timely material actions.
    
    
    • Optimize transport routes, manage inventory, and ensure lean, documented IT processes.
    
    
    • Map processes with Bizagi flowcharts and formalize planning knowledge.
    
    
    • Manage NPD/DN processes for smooth phase-in/phase-out of parts.
    
    
    • Oversee project management activities.
    
    
    
    

  
  
  
  

Experience requirements:

• +8 years of experience in planning /supply chain/procurement


• Fluent in English


• Excellence in IT tools like ERP (SAP), MES, Be2NET, GLM, MS-Excel, Word etc

Knowledge/Educational requirements

• Engineering degree in relevant field(Preferably B.E. Mechanical). Master in Materials Management will be added advantage
