Role & responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.) Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals. Use consultative sales techniques to match products/services with client needs. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals successfully. Handle objections and ensure mutual agreement on solutions. Market and Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market conditions. Monitor competitor activities to inform sales strategy. Meeting Sales Targets: Strive to achieve and exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company. Develop plans to improve sales performance when necessary. Preferred candidate profile ( Mandatory ) Must hold a Diploma or be a Graduate Engineer in Electrical Engineering. Should have experience selling electrical products such as switch/control gears, terminal blocks, enclosures, and cables etc. Must be familiar with the topography of the relevant region and its electrical markets. Should possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience sales.
