Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and technically sound candidates to join our engineering team as Programming/Project Engineers. This role is open for experienced professionals with a passion for automation and control systems. As part of our team, you will be involved in real-time projects from day one—learning, contributing, and growing under the mentorship of industry experts. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design and engineering of automation and control systems. Learn and contribute to PLC/DDC programming and SCADA development. Participate in the setup, calibration, and configuration of field instruments. Support the testing and commissioning of systems at project sites. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and project reports. Gain exposure to control panel design, wiring diagrams, and system architecture. Provide technical support and interact with clients under supervision. Note: Responsibilities will be assigned progressively based on experience and training. Eligibility & Requirements: Educational Qualification: bachelor’s degree in Automation, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering. Core Competencies: Strong interest in industrial automation and control systems. Effecient understanding of PLC/SCADA systems (training/internship experience is a plus). Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design tools is desirable. Willingness to learn and work on-site during project execution. Preferred (For Experienced Applicants): Up to 3 years of experience in PLC/SCADA systems, especially with Siemens, Allen Bradley, or Schneider Electric platforms. Exposure to HVAC systems, building automation, or power monitoring is advantageous. Other Details: Open to both male and female candidates. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.

Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BMS / PLC Engineer to join our Building Automation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, programming, testing, and commissioning of Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) systems, DDC controllers, PLC-based control systems and PME Power Monitoring Systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality automation solutions. Key Responsibilities · Design and implement EcoStruxure Building Operation-based Building Management System (BMS) architectures. · Develop, program, and configure control logic for Direct Digital Controllers (DDC) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) systems. · Integrate HVAC, lighting, fire safety, security, and other building services into the BMS platform. · Plan, conduct, and document Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) activities to validate system functionality and compliance. · Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities to ensure optimal performance. · Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, schematics, and operational manuals. · Provide on-site technical support during system installation and commissioning phases. · Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. · Conduct end-user training and facilitate smooth handover to operations teams after commissioning. · Work on multi-vendor BMS system integration to ensure interoperability and efficiency. · Apply knowledge of Energy Management Systems (EMS) and industry best practices for sustainable operations. · Oversee project execution and maintain proper documentation for large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation /Mechantronics Engineering. 6-8 years of proven experience in Schneider BMS, DDC,PLC programming, and control systems. Hands-on expertise with Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Building Operation platforms and controllers. Strong knowledge of DDC control systems, HVAC logic, and field instrumentation. Familiarity with SCADA systems, industrial networking, and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.). Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to travel to domestic and international project sites as per business requirements.
