We work closely with government bodies, healthcare institutions, NGOs, and CSR partners to bring scalable and sustainable impact on ground.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CSR Partnership & Business Development

• Identify and engage corporate CSR teams, foundations, and philanthropic partners aligned with maternal & neonatal health initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end proposal lifecycle including concept note creation, budgeting, proposal writing, and partnership structuring.
• Lead strategic presentations and negotiations with senior decision-makers and CSR boards.

2. Stakeholder & Account Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key donors, CSR heads, and project partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all CSR partners for communication, reporting, and engagement.
• Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams (implementation, supply chain, finance, and product).

3. Project & Implementation Coordination

• Work closely with Program & Operations teams to ensure timely project kick-off and on-ground deployment.
• Monitor progress, track outcomes, and ensure project deliverables meet compliance and impact reporting needs.
• Conduct review meetings with partners and internal management.

4. Reporting & Impact Documentation

• Develop periodic project updates, donor reports, MIS dashboards, and impact case studies.
• Ensure adherence to CSR compliance frameworks and organisational documentation standards.

5. Market & Ecosystem Intelligence

• Track CSR policy trends, emerging social impact areas, and potential new funding opportunities.
• Represent Janitri at CSR forums, health conferences, and partnership roundtables.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field.
• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in CSR fundraising / partnerships / institutional business / healthcare or development sector.
• Proven track record of securing and managing CSR projects or strategic CSR relationships.
• Experience working with healthcare projects / public health programs is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong network within CSR, NGO, Foundation or Donor ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
• Ability to draft compelling proposals, budgets, and project documentation.
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
• Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
