Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Ecommerce Sales Coordinator to support day-to-day sales operations across multiple online platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating between teams, and understanding how ecommerce sales really function behind the scenes. You ll be closely involved in managing listings, tracking inventory, supporting promotions, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment across marketplaces and a D2C platform.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination

• Support daily operations of ecommerce sales channels such as major marketplaces and the D2C website.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery.


• Regularly update product listings, pricing, and availability to maintain accuracy across platforms.

Inventory Management

• Track stock levels across all ecommerce channels.


• Coordinate with the warehouse or operations team to plan replenishment and prevent stock shortages.

Sales Reporting & MIS

• Prepare sales and performance reports on a regular basis.


• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improving sales performance.

Promotions & Campaign Support

• Assist in planning and executing platform-level promotions and offers.


• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with ongoing sales strategies.

Quality Control & Customer Feedback

• Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback on ecommerce platforms.


• Share insights with relevant teams to improve product quality and customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.


• 2 8 years of experience in ecommerce operations or sales coordination (fresh graduates with relevant exposure may apply).


• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic MIS reporting.


• Familiarity with ecommerce marketplaces and D2C platforms.


• Strong communication and coordination skills.


• Good organizational ability with attention to detail.


• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
