Job Title: Jr. Start-up & Training Manager

Function: Health Buddy Development

Division: Business Development Strategic Support (BD-SS)

Reporting To: Training Lead / Function Head

Location: Innovation Tower

Industry: Pharmaceutical

Experience Required: 2 4 years (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry)

Salary Range: 3.6 L





Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Start-up & Training Manager to lead onboarding and capability-building initiatives under the Health Buddy Development program. The ideal candidate will bring 3 4 years of relevant experience from the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong passion for training, development, and driving excellence in execution. This role is pivotal in ensuring that new hires and partners are effectively trained and integrated into our business ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, design, and implement comprehensive training programs for Health Buddy onboarding and capability enhancement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth start-up operations and training roll-outs.

  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop curriculum tailored to the pharmaceutical business environment.

  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programs to improve performance and learning outcomes.

  • Maintain training records, feedback data, and prepare progress reports for senior management.

  • Support ongoing development initiatives in alignment with strategic goals of the BD-SS division.

  • Lead periodic refresher courses and workshops to keep teams updated on new developments, SOPs, and compliance standards.


Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Bachelor s degree in related discipline; a Master s degree is a plus.

  • 3 4 years of proven experience in training or development roles within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical business operations, compliance, and customer engagement models.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning tools.
