Talent Development and Learning Sr. Manager

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager Talent Development and Learning is responsible for defining and executing the organizations learning and talent development strategy. This role leads enterprise-wide capability building, leadership development, succession planning, and future-skills initiatives aligned with business goals. The position partners closely with senior leadership to drive performance, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement the enterprise Talent Development & Learning strategy aligned with business objectives
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on capability building, leadership development, and workforce readiness
• Lead and mentor the L&D team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement

Learning & Capability Development

• Design and oversee leadership development programs for senior leaders, managers, and high-potential talent
• Drive functional, technical, behavioral, and digital learning initiatives
• Establish learning frameworks, career pathways, and competency models

Talent & Succession Planning

• Partner with HR and business leaders on succession planning and critical role readiness
• Support performance management, talent reviews, and high-potential programs
• Enable individual development plans (IDPs) across the organization

Program Governance & Measurement

• Define KPIs, dashboards, and ROI models to measure learning effectiveness
• Monitor training impact using evaluation models (Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI, etc.)
• Manage learning budgets, vendors, and external training partners

Digital Learning & Innovation

• Lead digital learning transformation, including LMS, LXP, and blended learning solutions
• Promote a continuous learning culture using modern learning methodologies
• Leverage data analytics and technology to personalize learning journeys
