Job Description

Role Summary

To ensure effective management of commercial operations related to sales, including credit control, pricing, audits, taxation compliance, sales data reporting, and system administration on Salesforce. The role supports accurate financial accounting, sales governance, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Credit Control & Compliance

  • Monitor customer credit limits and enforce credit block policies in coordination with the sales team.
  • Maintain credit-related documentation and ensure timely review of outstanding receivables.

2. Sales Review & Reporting

  • Facilitate Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales Review Meetings.
  • Prepare review presentations (MOMs & PPTs) and compile sales performance reports.
  • Track sales trends, performance metrics, and targets versus achievement data.

3. Pricing & Policy Administration

  • Maintain and update the

    Price Master

    for all product lines and ensure correct application in sales systems.
  • Communicate and circulate

    marketing policies, schemes, and circulars

    to relevant stakeholders.

4. Audit, Accounting & Reconciliation

  • Support

    audit

    requirements including verification of

    GRNs, Scheme Credit Notes

    , and

    Security Deposit Interest

    calculations.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation and documentation of audit findings.

5. Scheme & Provision Management

  • Prepare quarterly scheme provisions and monitor the outflow against approved budgets.
  • Maintain proper accounting for scheme credit notes and dealer claims.

6. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

  • Prepare and post data related to

    TCS, TDS, and GST

    applicable to sales accounts.
  • Coordinate with finance and taxation teams to ensure statutory accuracy and timely filing.

7. Salesforce Administration & Sales Operations

  • Manage dealer and retailer master data onboarding, credit setup, and account mapping.
  • Oversee

    sales order processing, invoicing, payments, shipments

    , and

    inventory management

    through Salesforce.
  • Maintain

    product master, price book

    , and

    target management

    modules.
  • Review and analyze

    sundry debtors

    reports regularly for follow-up and collection efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Working knowledge of

    Salesforce

    and

    SAP

  • Strong proficiency in

    MS Excel

    and

    PowerPoint

    .
