Senior Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints, provide technical support, and resolve issues promptly.
• Generate sales orders, dispatch planning, and execute them efficiently.
• Plan transportation for goods delivery and manage payment follow-ups.
• Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Initial communication with customers and fulfilment within situated time for any work concern with any department. (for both new developments and current products)
• Price revision and terms condition finalization matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Present and promote our products/services to potential customers.
• Making sales invoices according to orders/schedules and generation of e-waybills. Verification of all documents and follow-ups aftersales.
• Payment collection from customers as per their terms and conditions.
• Resolution of quality, quantity and other issues raised by customers, with help of concern departments.
• Prepare and deliver customized presentations and product demonstrations to customers in various industries.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction.
• Planning of product/quantity according to its connected factors. Check and maintain stock levels. Follow-up for long-term pending issues and stocks.
• Documental work which is necessary for submission as and when required by customer.
• Pushing the urgent products over process line and making decisions for reaching customer at earliest.
• Comparison of price connected with the sales process e.g. transportation contracts, packing materials, plating processes etc.
• Stay informed and updated about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify opportunities.
