Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: PuneExperience Required: 2-4 yearsEducation: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline with strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities & Skills Required:

  1. Proficiency in handling import purchase processes
  2. Preparation of:
    • Quotations
    • Proforma Invoices
  3. Familiarity with export-import procedures for capital goods
  4. Capable of preparing shipping documentation such as:
    • Commercial Invoice
    • Proforma Invoice
    • Bill of Lading (BL)
  5. Knowledge of foreign payment mechanisms, including:
    • Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
    • Letter of Credit (LC)
  6. Basic understanding of Bank Guarantees
  7. Familiarity with the customs clearance process in India

Soft Skills & Tools:

  • MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • ERP Systems: MS Dynamics, SAP
