Job Description

Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the IT Sales team for day-to-day activities, client follow-ups, and lead management.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents as per client requirements.
Maintain and update CRM, sales reports, and client databases.
Support the sales team in tender submissions, pricing, and order processing.
Handle inbound client queries and redirect them to respective sales executives/managers.
Assist in scheduling client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, logistics) for smooth execution of client requirements.
Track purchase orders, delivery status, and ensure timely invoicing.
Follow up on payments with clients as required.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Requirements:

Graduate in Business Administration / IT / Marketing or related field.
13 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role (preferably in IT B2B Sales).
Knowledge of IT products, software solutions, or B2B sales processes will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
