Sales Coordinator

As a CRM/Admin, your role involves handling various tasks related to customer relationship management and administrative duties. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this position: - Checking emails and promptly responding or forwarding them to the relevant department. - Resolving customer queries by liaising with the respective department on matters such as delivery of goods, complaints, and planning. - Sending quotations and Performa invoices to customers on behalf of the Marketing executives. - Scrutinizing purchase orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy in product details, sizes, rates, terms and conditions, taxes, and outstanding balances. - Verifying that orders meet the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) specified in the Performa Invoice or Quotation. Seeking approval from the Sales/Marketing team or customers for any deviations. - Coordinating with Accounts Dept. to process Performa Invoices based on purchase orders and terms & conditions. - Sharing Excel sheets with the Planning Dept. for order management and updating relevant stakeholders. - Sending Performa Invoices to the Factory, Customer, and Accounts Dept. along with necessary documentation. - Communicating with Logistics Dept. to track material dispatch, providing LR numbers, and updating stakeholders accordingly. - Ensuring timely communication with Accounts Dept. to confirm customer updates post dispatch. In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, the job also entails activities such as retention of old clients and business generation. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. - Proficiency in email communication and coordination. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, a performance bonus, and yearly bonus. The work schedule is day shift with weekends off.
