Job Description

As a CRM/Admin, your primary responsibilities will include checking emails, responding to them, or directing them to the relevant department. You will also be responsible for addressing customer queries by liaising with the appropriate departments regarding deliveries, complaints, and planning. Sending quotations and proforma invoices to customers on behalf of the marketing executives will be part of your regular tasks. When a purchase order is received, you will need to meticulously review the product details, sizes, rates, terms and conditions, taxes, and outstanding balances of the customer. This scrutiny will be done in coordination with the quotations or other relevant data and the Accounts Department. Ensuring that orders meet the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) specified in the Proforma Invoice or Quotation is crucial. Any deviation from the MOQ requires confirmation from the Sales/Marketing team or approval from the customer. Upon receiving the original purchase order, you will forward it to the Accounts Department for verification of outstanding balances and rates accuracy. Subsequently, you will facilitate the creation of the proforma invoice based on the agreed terms and conditions. Your tasks will also involve coordinating with the Planning Department by emailing the order details in an Excel sheet format. Once the order is processed, you will email the proforma invoice to the Factory, Customer, and Accounts Department along with the Excel format. Additionally, you will communicate with the Logistics Department to stay updated on the dispatch of materials by providing LR numbers. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the Accounts Department informs the customer about the dispatch status by providing the LR number. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in maintaining relationships with existing clients while actively contributing to business growth. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance, a compensation package including performance and yearly bonuses. The work schedule involves day shifts with weekends off. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and be able to work in person at the specified location.,
