Job Description

Role - Sales Co-Ordinator Location - Gurugram (Haryana) Education – Bachelor's degree / MBA & 5-10 Years experience in relevant field. Responsibilities (Not Limited to) Ø Create monthly / daily Sales reports on prescribed format. Ø Key Accounts Group Daily Sales report with Average Sales/ Plant wise Sales on daily basis. Ø Updating Budget vs Sales and share it to management. Ø Creating New Pan for price increase or decrease. Ø New developed product pan on daily basis and prepare COP for new Dealer & Customers. Ø Prepare Performa invoice and Share to customer and Account holder, follow-up for Payment, send request to release the order of dispatch. Ø Making Due & Overdue invoice report for all India Dealers & Customers. Ø Prepare Credit note (Cash Disc/ Quantity Disc, ORC and CD for Advance payment) Send CN Copy to customer. Ø Dispatch and Invoice detail send to Customer on daily basis. Ø Order punching in system and maintain order format to minimise error in punching the orders. Ø Generate Sales report/ price/ and data for analysis as and when required. Ø Extend support to Customer and Sales & marketing team.
