Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator at RECONS GROUP, your role will primarily involve assisting the sales team by managing schedules and distributing sales documentation. You will be responsible for preparing and following up on sales quotations for clients, negotiating terms to ensure the best cost for them. Efficiently responding to online or telephone queries in a friendly manner is a key aspect of your responsibilities. Your role will also require you to liaise between different departments and clients to provide services that align with the clients" needs, cost, and time constraints. Working closely with the Sales team, you will assess department progress and develop sales strategies accordingly. Additionally, you will be expected to produce reports on department progress and suggest strategies for improvement.
