SALES COORDINATOR (FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY.)
Ø Primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
Ø Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
Ø Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Ø Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
Ø Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
Ø Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
Ø Maintains files systems and database of sales records.
Ø Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
Ø Excellent communication and coordination skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
