Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator at RECONS GROUP, your primary role will be to assist the sales team by managing schedules and distributing sales documentation. You will be responsible for preparing and following up on sales quotations for clients, negotiating terms to ensure the best cost for them. It is essential to efficiently respond to online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner. Additionally, you will liaise between various departments and clients to provide services that meet their needs, cost, and time constraints. Collaboration with the Sales team is crucial for assessing department progress and developing appropriate sales strategies. You will also be required to produce reports on department progress and suggest strategies for improvement.
