Role Description

Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily sales operations, reporting directly to Sales HODs.
• Handle high-level communication with both

  Domestic and Overseas clients

  , ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Process orders, track shipments, and manage export/domestic documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and conflict resolution.
• Assist Senior Management with sales forecasting, reporting, and strategy execution.

Requirements

• Experience:

  Minimum 9 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Support.

• Industry:

  Prior experience in the

  Textile Industry is highly preferred.

• Education:

  Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

• Communication:

  Exceptional fluency in

  English and Hindi

  (Written & Verbal) is mandatory.

• Tech Savvy:

  Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) and comfortable using CRM tools remotely.
