Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager - Weaving at our Sangli Maharashtra location. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the weaving, preparatory department's day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing schedules and production targets, ensuring quality standards, supervising the maintenance of machinery, coordinating with other departments for seamless operations, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Effective team management and continuous process improvement will also be key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in weaving processes and production management
• Technical skills related to weaving, sectional warping, TFO machinery and equipment maintenance
• Ability to ensure high-quality standards and handle quality control issues
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Effective communication and coordination abilities
• Problem-solving skills and capacity for continuous process improvement
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing setting
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Production Management, or related field

Experience

With over 15 years of experience and full knowledge of Dornier Airjets, Dornier Rapier, Sulzer Looms, TFO, and Sectional Warping.
