Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator in our company, your role will involve supporting the sales team in various aspects. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth operations - Providing sales support such as preparing quotations, reports, and presentations - Handling back-office sales tasks efficiently To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience: - Graduation in any discipline (Engineering preferred) - 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or Back Office Sales - Experience in industrial products, construction equipment, capital goods, or project-based industries is preferred Additionally, you should have the following skills and competencies: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory - Knowledge of CRM systems, quotation tools, or ERP software is preferred - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - High attention to detail and a strong problem-solving attitude - Ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic sales team - Good written and verbal communication in English is essential It is also important for you to be proficient in the following languages: - English: Read, Write & Speak (Mandatory) - Tamil: Speak (Preferred) - Hindi: Speak (Added Advantage),
