Designation: - Sales coordinator
Role in the JJEPL:-
I’m working in Sales & Marketing Department as a Sales coordinator.
Collaborating with design departments to ensure timely completion of enquiries and prepare the quotation as per customer RFQ.
Collection of commercial as well technical documents from design, quality, account, store & logistic department and submission to customer as per requirements.
Checking the completeness of technical & pricing with sales engineer / sales department head.
Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information (Payment Advice) to the finance department.
Your Stake Holders:-
· Customer (Internal / External) – Sales Team & Domestic & Export Customers.
· Employer - JJEPL
· Colleagues / Subordinates – Sales Team, PMO, Design, Purchase, Store, Quality, Logistic, Account, Maintenance, Employee.
· Suppliers- Logistic & Transporters
Responsibilities:-
1. Releasing SOS
2. Submission of ABG /PBG
3. Submission of PI (Advance Payment & Post Manufacturing)
4. Follow up for Payment
5. Internal Dispatch Clearance
6. Collection of expired BG
7. Submission of Shipping Documents to Customer
8. Submission of Fortnightly Sales report
9. Updation of PO Register, Sales report, BG Register, SOS register, Service Register, Customer Complainant Register, Quotation Register, Customer Satisfaction Register.
10. Handling customer complaints
11. Preparing Quotation & forwarded to sales Engineer.
Accountability:-
1. Releasing SOS in stipulated time.
2. Submission of ABG /PBG on time
3. Submission of PI (Advance Payment & Post Manufacturing) after PO acceptance & readiness of material.
4. Follow up for Payment regularly
5. Internal Dispatch Clearance after receiving SCN.
6. Collection of expired BG
7. Submission & Courier of Shipping Documents to Customer within 24 hrs. after dispatch
8. Submission of Fortnightly Sales report on time
9. Updation of PO Register, Sales report, BG Register, SOS register, Service Register, Customer Complainant Register, Quotation Register, Customer Satisfaction Register. On time
10. Handling customer complaints on time.
11. Preparing Quotation & forwarded to sales Engineer on time.
Deliverables :- (That Can be Measured)
1. Release SOS with zero error in stipulated time 1 day.
2. Release Internal Dispatch Clearance on a day.
