We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving their targets and enhancing overall productivity. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales support, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing schedules, communications, and reports.
  • Coordinate sales activities and ensure efficient communication between teams.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Support the sales team in meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Help organize sales meetings, conferences, and events.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus.
