Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with field sales teams, customers, and internal departments for seamless order execution. Prepare and process sales orders, proforma invoices, and dispatch instructions. Track shipment schedules, follow up on order status, and ensure timely deliveries. Maintain accurate sales and customer data in CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Tally, Zoho, or custom software). Follow up for payments and maintain an up-to-date receivables report. Support in sales reporting, target tracking, and preparing performance summaries. Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to manage stock availability and dispatch planning.
