Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator   We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with minimum 2 years of experience to assist the sales team in the implementation of sales initiatives and objectives of the organization. He/she will assist in the review of pre-sale proposals and preparation and administration of sales orders. Will collaborate with the production team and clients to ensure products adhere to client specifications and timelines. Will demonstrate proactive participation in the overall sales process to help the team drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. Will be required to travel across West Bengal to visit client schools to enhance customer experience and to understand further business opportunities.   Job Responsibilities ·        Manages employees’ daily operations and performance ·        Designs sales strategies and processes  ·        Generates reports regarding the status of the department ·        Maintains files systems and database of sales records ·        Analyze customer data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers  ·        Regular school visits across West Bengal to foster client relationships ·        Ensure each order is processed and delivered to clients on time.  ·        Responds to client concerns/queries ·        Maintains customer relations and satisfaction   Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales positions Excellent communication and coordination skills Proficient in MS Office and sales applications Exceptional time-management and organizational skills Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Knowledgeable in current market regulation and trends Bachelor’s degree in any field
