Job Description – Sales Coordinator

About the Role
Crystal Group is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales and operations team at our Goregaon location. The role involves customer coordination, order tracking, documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers for order updates, follow-ups, and query resolution.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and required sales documents.
Maintain MIS reports, customer databases, and order tracking sheets.
Track sales orders from placement to final delivery in coordination with operations.
Follow up on pending inquiries, quotations, and emails.
Assist the sales team in scheduling calls, meetings, and daily follow-up tasks.
Handle customer calls and escalate/route them to respective teams.
Maintain organized sales files and records.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales and order status reports.
Collaborate with Operations, Accounts, and Warehouse teams for smooth execution.
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication.
Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask and manage timelines.
Basic understanding of sales and order processing.
Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
Team-player mindset.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com preferred).
6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or related fields.
Salary Range
Based on skills, experience, and company standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,844.43 - ₹25,853.10 per month
