Salary Range:


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead follow-up, proposal discussions, and deal closure.
  • Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, coordinating communications, and maintaining documentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and manage customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Present commercial proposals and clearly communicate ROI and financial benefits to clients.
  • Develop a working understanding of technical aspects of products and services to support client discussions.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyse data to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Address customer queries and coordinate technical support when required.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, product updates, and competitor activity.


Requirement/ Skills:

  • MBA - Finance/Marketing or BE/ B. Tech
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the solar industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Product Knowledge in Solar Industry


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years sales coordinator
