Role Description

Understanding the challenges of clients in the area of Sales Business Growth.
Designing the Business Growth Strategy.
Implementation of Business Growth Strategy at client location.
Solving the Complex Business Problems.
Dealing with the client and team of clients to achieve the desired results.
Driving the project to maintain client satisfaction and achieve success for clients.
Learn the products and services offered by the clients, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies).
Helping clients in setting targets for the sales department and collaborating with the marketing. Department to prepare common strategies and monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics.
Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates, Target decide for Sales Team
Analyze market trend.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales Consulting
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to provide comprehensive Consulting services
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing customer base
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
