Role & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with branch managers and zonal managers to execute sales acceleration initiatives
• Conduct data analysis and prepare insights to guide local sales strategies
• Undertake regular market visits to assess on-ground realities and identify new opportunities
• Support distributor/channel engagement, influencer management, and market expansion initiatives
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track growth progress
• Contribute to capability-building for client sales and distributor teams

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience

  : Minimum 5+ years in sales & distribution, ideally in

  consumer goods or building materials

  with exposure to general trade

• Sector exposure

  : Consumer goods sales and channel strategy

• Education

  : MBA from Tier 1/2 institutes preferred; otherwise, undergraduate degree from a Tier 1 college

• Skills

  : Strong sales execution, channel management, distributor engagement, and analytical ability (Excel/PowerPoint)

Language Requirement:

• 1 Consultant must be fluent in

  Tamil & English

• 1 Consultant must be fluent in

  Hindi & English
