Responsibilities:

1. Understand BEACON's product line for the manufacturing industry.

2. Lead generation through various methods and field visits.

3. Qualify prospects and engage with the right contacts.

4. Build solutions based on customer needs.

5. Work with technical consultants to align with customer requirements.

6. Drive sales closures and meet product line targets.

7. Manage the sales funnel using CRM tools and report to the authority.

8. Efficiently manage time, resources, and team Ensure a quality sales funnel in the assigned territory

Desired Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Production/Automotive Engineering or similar fields.

Experience in CAD/CAM sales is a plus.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Basic understanding of product functionalities and customer profiles.

Excellent listening, strategic thinking, and documentation skills Goal-oriented and ambitious.
