Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to achieve targets and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include processing sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining customer databases, preparing sales reports and documents, liaising with other departments for order execution, tracking leads and orders, supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, monitoring stock levels, and facilitating communication between the sales team and clients. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with proven experience in a sales coordination, administrative, or support role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset are essential for this role. You should also be able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred qualifications include experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment, knowledge of inventory or order management systems, and a basic understanding of sales and marketing principles. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday at our location in Thrissur, Kerala.
