Document Management: Collect all necessary documents, agreements, and paperwork required to activate client accounts efficiently. Smooth Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process step-by-step, ensuring they understand timelines and next steps. Relationship Building: Establish trust and rapport with new clients from day one—be their friendly, reliable point of contact. Problem-Solving: Resolve client queries effectively and escalate only when needed. What You Bring A polite, approachable attitude with strong people skills.
