Job Description

We're looking for a Sales Coordinator who excels at turning closed deals into successful

partnerships. You'll bridge the gap between sales closure and client activation—ensuring smooth

onboarding, timely documentation, and building strong relationships that set the foundation for

long-term success with Tapits.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Post-Closure Follow-ups: Take ownership of client handoff immediately after deal

closure and maintain consistent communication throughout onboarding.

  • Document Management: Collect all necessary documents, agreements, and paperwork

required to activate client accounts efficiently.

  • Smooth Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process step-by-step,

ensuring they understand timelines and next steps.

  • Relationship Building: Establish trust and rapport with new clients from day one—be

their friendly, reliable point of contact.

  • Problem-Solving: Resolve client queries effectively and escalate only when needed.

  • Confidence in both spoken and written communication.
  • Good judgment to understand situations and act smartly.
  • A proactive mindset—you don’t wait for problems, you solve them.

  • Availability when needed—clients should feel supported at all times.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Previous client servicing experience in a fintech company, bank, Erp sales
  • Background in B2B sales environments or service-based industries.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools or reporting.
