Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery.
Provide back office support for sales team by handling quotations, follow-ups on payments, and order processing.
Assist in managing customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production planning) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the furniture & furnishing industry.
Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.A/B.Com).
Proficiency in Back Office Sales, Quotation, Sales Order management, Payment Follow-up, Follow-Ups, Enquiry Management, Sales Support, Back Office Support, Sales Coordination, Order Processing skills.
