We are looking for an experienced Quality Auditor who has experience in analysing and auditing sales calls. The Quality Auditor is responsible for conducting call quality checks and providing feedback to the sales team. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team and management to understand call parameters based on requirements and provide feedback.
This position is 5.5 days working. 2 Saturdays are off
