Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu | On-Site
Experience: 3 years to 10+ years (Real Estate)
Language: Tamil & English

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through events and networking
• Conduct site visits to present project details and offerings
• Effectively communicate property features, pricing structures, and payment options
• Address client concerns and objections to close sales successfully
• Maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage referrals and ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, legal, and CRM for seamless operations
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and evolving customer needs
• Provide timely and accurate reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversion status

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
• Demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales targets
• Willingness to work on weekends
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic MS Office tools (Excel/Word)
• Past experience in Real Estate

Achievement of monthly sales targets, Number of new client acquisitions, Lead-to-conversion success rate are three key performance Metrics of this job.

Target Based Incentives
