About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Sales & Business Development professional to drive new client acquisition, order intake, and solution-based selling within targeted industry segments. The role involves implementing Project Excellence (PE) processes, Winning Complex Sales (WCS) methodology, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve Order Intake targets as defined in the Annual Business Plan.
  • Identify, acquire, and convert new customers in key segments such as Pharma & Healthcare, FMCG, F&B, Durables/Non-Durables, and other strategic sectors.
  • Manage assigned territory/segment to drive profitable business growth.
  • Collect and update all required customer/project information as per PE processes & workbooks.
  • Drive the Winning Complex Sales (WCS) methodology to achieve Preferred Partner status and improve win ratio.
  • Coordinate with Strategy, Engineering, R&D, Projects, Finance, and Manufacturing to develop customized solutions and commercial proposals.
  • Conduct installation/site visits for prospective customers to showcase capabilities and enhance confidence.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events, generate qualified leads, and drive follow-ups.
  • Maintain all sales documentation required for enquiry handling, job transfer, and audit readiness.
  • Provide necessary support to execution teams after order placement to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and track daily sales activities to ensure consistent pipeline movement.
