Tele Calling Executive - Voice process

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be instrumental in driving lead generation, qualifying potential clients, and fostering relationships with prospective customers. Your responsibilities will include making outbound and cold calls, as well as following up on leads to support sales efforts and meet company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to identify and qualify potential leads
• Conducting cold calls to engage prospective customers
• Following up on existing leads to convert them into sales opportunities
• Developing and nurturing strong relationships with customers
• Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Maintaining database
• Support and coordinate with sales team.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Confident and persuasive communicator
• Skilled in using CRM software for managing leads and customer interactions
• Proficiency in MS office suite (excel, word, etc)

Major Experience:

• Experience in telemarketing or sales
• Knowledge of the real estate industry
• Languages : Tamil & English
